As an off-campus student, you still have access to the same facilities as students living on campus. This includes support from the Accommodation Team and Student Experience Team, who will be on hand to help you with any queries.

All shared university housing has been inspected by Worcester City Council for compliance with current HMO legislation. All tenancies run for a standard term of 44 weeks although we will accommodate students for longer if their course demands it.
If you’re applying to be a first year undergraduate student and accept a conditional or unconditional offer as your firm choice and apply for accommodation before 31 May, you are guaranteed a place in our University-managed accommodation.
